SHIPPING & TRACKING ORDERS: 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email where you can then start to track your order. Please provide your phone number at the time of purchase to receive text notifications on your shipment. 

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED? 

Once an order has been submitted online and is in process we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION ON MY ORDER? 

If you need to modify the shipping information after your order has been placed, please contact our customer care team immediately in order to make the requested change. Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent we are unable to make additional changes to your order. 

WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL? 

Your order confirmation email is NOT the same as your shipping confirmation email. Your order confirmation email should be sent no more than 2 hours after you've made your purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation please check your spam or junk folders. If you still haven't receive your email please contact our customer care team at orders@nzuribodyessentials.com. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from time of purchase. Orders placed during the weekend and holidays will be processed the following business day. Standard shipping times are typically 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED? 

Once your order has been shipped we unfortunately do not have any control over the shipping status. For all U.S customers, please contact the USPS customer service for shipping inquiries.

DOES NZURI BODY ESSENTIALS TEST ON ANIMALS? 

No, Nzuri Body Essentials does not test on animals. All products are cruelty free. 

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS? 

All of our products are made with natural ingredients, gentle to all skin types. However, our main key ingredients are listed as follows: Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Glycerin, Vitamin E, Coconut Oil, Baobab Oil, Grape seed Oil, Avocado Oil, Moringa Oil, Sea Salt, and Honey. All ingredients are listed in detail on the product label.  

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS EXPIRE? 

All products are good for use up to 1 year. The best way to ensure your products remain fresh is to make sure the jars and containers are closed tightly and stored in room temperature climates for best results. 

 

CUSTOMER CARE & PURCHASES:

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?

We only accept returns or exchanges if your product is damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged product, please contact orders@nzuribodyessentials.com with a photo of the damaged/defective item. We will be happy to exchange your product. 

WHAT IF I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PLACING AN ORDER?

Our customer service team is more than happy to assist with any issues or concerns regarding placing an order, please contact orders@nzuribodyessentials.com we will respond with a solution with 4-6 hours. 

MAY I ADD A PROMOTION TO MY PREVIOUS ORDER? 

Current promotions are not redeemable on prior orders. Please continue to check your inbox for new Nzuri Body Essentials promotions as they are announced. 

HOW CAN I RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL CODES AND SPECIAL DISCOUNTS?
